How credits work
No surprises: you only pay for analyses that worked.
You see the price first
The cost of an analysis is shown before you start it.
Held while it runs
The credits are set aside when an analysis starts, so a second one cannot spend them.
Taken only on success
Credits are used up only after the analysis has worked. If it fails, they come back automatically.
Opening it again is free
Opening a result from your history, or saving the same PDF again, uses no credits.
Repeats are free too
Sending exactly the same request again gives you the saved result. Results are kept for 30 days.
A clear history
Every credit added, used, returned or expired is listed on your account page.
A warning before you run out
When your balance gets low, the counter changes colour and a note appears next to the price.
Bought credits are yours
Extra credits are kept apart from the monthly ones and never expire. Monthly credits are used first.
